*We?re looking for a talented, experienced bookkeeper to join our team!* *Are you an experienced bookkeeper?* *Do you enjoy training clients on Sage and QuickBooks?* *And are you skilled in providing that exceptional in-person client service?* If so, we would love to hear from you! *We can?t wait to see your experience in action:* * Maintaining clients' accounting records using Sage and QuickBooks * Preparing, submission, and review of HST, WSIB and EHT filings * Completing Year-end adjustments * Training clients on all aspects of Sage and QuickBooks, such as job costing and budgeting within the program * Trouble shooting when clients call in * Assisting with various corporate and personal tax planning * Preparing and/or reviewing payroll * Travelling to clients to provide exceptional service *We know you?ve got what it takes:* * 3-5 years of experience (CPA firm experience a welcome asset) * Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks * Working knowledge of CaseWare, Excel and Word * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills * Exceptional customer service * Ability to meet multiple deadlines * An impeccable eye for detail, with great retention and recall * Ability to travel for client site visits The Salary for this rewarding position is commensurate with experience.
