Responsibilities: Perform a variety of ongoing janitorial, building, and arena maintenance duties as well as custodial services; Carry out the requirements necessary to accommodate a variety of programs; Assist with the record keeping and the operation and maintenance of the various building systems; Maintain a positive attitude and customer care services with the general public and other staff; Must be able to work a variety of shifts to accommodate the various programs and services; Responsible for upgrading knowledge and skills in order to comply with operational requirements; Other duties as assigned.
