Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you have 1?3 years of quick-service or restaurant supervisory experience, along with practical knowledge of recruiting, training, and coaching employees, we would love to hear from you! Essential Responsibilities * Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, and overall guest satisfaction * Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment * Deliver an exceptional customer and in-store experience * Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact * Support efficient and high-quality store operations * Assist with cleaning and maintaining the restaurant, equipment, and physical premises * Operate food preparation equipment safely and efficiently * Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and security guidelines * Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies * Support employee development through coaching, training, and mentorship What We?re Looking For * A strong passion for customer service and hospitality * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Strong operational and organizational abilities * A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Open availability and flexibility in scheduling Qualifications * Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred * Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards * Experience working with POS systems (Micros POS experience is considered an asset) * Excellent customer service and hospitality skills * Ability to lead a diverse team while promoting teamwork and collaboration * Experience handling cash transactions and basic financial reporting * Knowledge of the food service industry; barista or serving experience is an asset * Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment Pay:- CAD $18.50 to $20.00 Firehouse Subs is a restaurant chain with a passion for hearty and flavorful food, heartfelt service and public safety.
