We are seeking experienced Security Guardsto provide top-tier protection for our clients. *Responsibilities* * Monitor the property and identify unauthorized persons or trespassers. * Respond promptly to trespassing incidents and security concerns. * Politely advise unauthorized individuals that they are required to leave the property. * Follow established site procedures for trespass notices and removals. * Contact law enforcement or emergency services when required and in accordance with site procedures. * Maintain a visible security presence to deter trespassing and other unauthorized activities. * Complete accurate and detailed incident reports for all trespassing incidents. * Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and identify security risks. * Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, visitors, and members of the public. * De-escalate confrontational situations using appropriate communication techniques. * Follow all company policies, site post orders, and applicable laws. * Provide clear and accurate information to supervisors and dispatch regarding incidents. *Skills* * Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. * Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices in security management. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others. * Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations. _G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
