G&J Equipment Group is expanding our heavy equipment sales team in Mississauga. We are looking for an experienced, aggressive sales professional to sell excavators, skid steers and compact construction equipment across the GTA and Ontario. 2+ years sales experience preferred. Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, trucks, agriculture or other B2B sales is an asset. Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. Strong performers can earn $60,000?$120,000+ annually. What You?ll Do * Sell excavators, skid steers, compact equipment and attachments to contractors, landscapers, rental companies and equipment owners * Follow up with company-generated leads and turn opportunities into sales * Prospect and develop your own customer accounts * Build long-term relationships with customers throughout the GTA and Ontario * Conduct equipment demonstrations and help customers select the right machine * Prepare quotes, negotiate deals and follow through until closing * Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects * Work closely with our service, finance and management teams to support customers What We?re Looking For * Previous experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, trucks, automotive or B2B sales is strongly preferred * Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills * Comfortable with both inbound leads and outbound sales * Self-motivated and results-driven * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Valid Ontario driver?s licence * Knowledge of excavators, skid steers or construction equipment is a strong asset What We Offer * Base salary + uncapped commission * Company-generated leads * Competitive equipment pricing and financing options * On-site inventory and demo equipment * Sales and product training * Growing product lineup and expanding dealer operation * Opportunity to build your own customer base and territory * Advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our Mississauga location.
