*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction, including blueprint reading, concrete forming, restoration, siding, carpentry, and the operation of heavy equipment. This role involves working on diverse projects that require precision, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic. The will contribute to building and restoring structures with a focus on quality and efficiency, utilizing a range of hand tools and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in woodworking, concrete finishing, welding, and schematics interpretation within a dynamic construction environment. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction projects accurately * Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with attention to detail * Install siding and other exterior building components following project specifications * Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move materials and support construction activities * Use hand tools and power tools for framing, carpentry, and general construction tasks. * Assist with heavy lifting to transport materials safely around the job site * Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope *Requirements* * Proven experience in construction-related roles with knowledge of blueprint reading, concrete forming, siding installation, carpentry, and restoration techniques * Ability to operate heavy equipment and power tools proficiently * Strong understanding of schematics and technical drawings * Capable of performing heavy lifting safely for extended periods * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Physical stamina for manual labor tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and standing for long periods * Valid driver?s license is preferred but not required depending on project location This position is integral to our construction projects and offers opportunities for professional growth within the industry.
