Responsibilities : Operate farm equipment, tractors, combines, and other heavy agricultural machinery to till soil. Planting, fertilizing, applying pesticides, harvesting crops, and load and unload crops or containers of materials. Soil preparation and field conditioning Perform equipment and machinery maintenance. Adjusting mechanisms on machinery to ensure precise depth, spacing, and application rates Monitor equipment and machinery operations to detect malfunctions. Loading and unloading crops or materials Follow safety procedures May perform minor repairs to farm equipment and machinery. May supervise general farm labourers. Job Requirements: Farm Knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience in agriculture practices, including soil preparation, seeding, spraying, and harvesting in large-scale crop production systems.
