*Overview* Smoke FX is seeking sales associates to join our team at our Carling location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. *Responsibilities* * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock checks. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. *Requirements* * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Familiarity with vaping products is preferred. * Must have open availability as we are open 7am - 11pm, 7 days a week.
