In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for preschoolers to develop their swimming skills, build confidence, and enjoy water activities. Your energy and dedication will inspire little ones to explore the water safely while supporting their physical and emotional growth. *Responsibilities* * Lead fun and educational swimming lessons tailored specifically for preschool-aged children, ensuring each child feels comfortable and motivated. * Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote water safety, basic swimming techniques, and confidence-building activities. * Monitor children closely during lessons to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. * Provide clear instructions and positive reinforcement to encourage participation and progress. * Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, progress, and any concerns. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment in compliance with health and safety standards. * Support team members by assisting with pool setup, equipment maintenance, and other operational tasks as needed. *Experience* * Prior experience teaching or working with young children in a recreational or educational setting is preferred. * Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety principles. * Demonstrated ability to engage preschoolers in active learning environments with patience and enthusiasm. * Certification in teaching swimming or related aquatic instruction is a plus; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is expected. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. * Ability to maintain high energy levels throughout active lessons while ensuring safety remains the top priority.
