Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Outdoors. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people.
