This is a general practice where a wide range of health care needs are met, including women's health, children's health, mental health support as well as community development. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Three (3) years full-time experience as a Registered NurseEducation- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)Licenses- Valid Class 5 driver's licenseOther Education and Training- Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)Knowledge and Abilities- Demonstrates capacity to plan, implement and evaluate multiple assessments- Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships- Ability to implement holistic, comprehensive care to individuals/groups/families- Demonstrates capacity for visioning, goal setting and utilizing change theory- Demonstrates leadership, confidence and autonomy in the RN (NP) role- Ability to perform clinical/health assessment- Ability to handle difficult situations resulting in productive outcomes- Commitment to continued learning and professional development.- Demonstrates educational skills & strategies produce positive healthy outcomes- Ability to initiate and exercise critical thin...For more information on this job, please visit the employer's website.
