Construction Labourer *Crockatt Contracting Services Ltd. | Victoria, BC* Crockatt Contracting is a family-owned construction company based in Victoria, building and renovating homes, light commercial spaces, and agricultural structures (barns, stables, horse arenas) across Vancouver Island. We're looking to add a hardworking labourer to our crew ? someone looking to build real skills on real job sites, with the opportunity to grow into a formal apprenticeship. What You'll Be Doing * Working alongside an experienced crew on residential, light commercial, and agricultural builds * General labour: site prep, material handling, cleanup, and assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks * Learning the trade hands-on ? framing, siding, foundations, and more, depending on the job * Following safety protocols and keeping the site organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For * Own set of basic hand tools * CSA-approved steel-toed boots * A strong work ethic ? someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in the job * Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members * Reliable transportation to job sites around the Greater Victoria area * No experience required ? just the right attitude. Prior construction or labour experience is an asset but not necessary.
