The business unit team is seeking a highly analytical and proactive performance reporting individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning data into clear business insights.This role will support data-driven decision-making through the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reporting solutions and performance insights. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR and Corporate functions to ensure leaders have timely, accurate and meaningful information to support strategic and operational decisions.You will bring strong analytical skills, business acumen, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. You will have the opportunity to establish reporting discipline, strengthen KPI governance, automate recurring reporting and help build practical, scalable ways of working in a complex and evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and enhance business performance dashboards, scorecards and reporting solutions that support management and executive decision-makingEstablish standardized KPI definitions, calculations, reporting methodologies and supporting documentation to ensure consistent performance measurement across the organizationProduce recurring management and executive reporting packages that clearly highlight trends, risks, opportunities and key performance driversAnalyze operational, financial, workforce and commercial data to identify insights that support planning, forecasting, business reviews and strategic decision-makingTranslate complex datasets into clear, concise and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesign and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency and strengthen reporting accuracy and scalabilityPartner with business teams and data owners to improve data quality, consistency, integrity and reliability across reporting outputsDevelop and maintain reporting standards, KPI documentation, data dictionaries and related governance materials, as requiredInvestigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data quality issues and calculation differences in collaboration with functional partnersCollaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR and Corporate functions to define reporting requirements, validate outputs and ensure reporting solutions meet business needsPresent findings and insights in an executive-ready format, using clear storytelling to support accountability and business performanceContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting discipline, data governance and data-driven decision-making across the organizationCritical QualificationsUniversity degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, performance reporting, FP&A, consulting, operations analytics or a related disciplineExperie Location Toronto , ON Work location On site Salary $ 27.00 to $ 69.71 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source CareerBeacon #2237489 Various locations Toronto, ON
