Current vacancy to be filled immediately Employment Type: Full-Time, 44 hours per week, 4 days per week, 11-hour shiftsCompensation: $19.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experienceAbout the Role We are hiring a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on food preparation, takes pride in consistent quality, and can stay organized during busy service periods. The Line Cook will prepare menu items, maintain a clean and safe workstation, and help ensure guests receive meals that are prepared accurately, on time, and to standard.What You'll DoPrepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station before, during, and after service.Assist with prep work, including chopping, portioning, marinating, labelling, and organizing ingredients.Monitor food quality, cooking temperatures, timing, and presentation throughout service.Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, fryers, ovens, slicers, and food processors.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with food safety standards.Follow proper food handling, storage, rotation, and FIFO practicesmunicate inventory shortages, equipment concerns, or quality issues to the Chef or Kitchen Manager.Work closely with kitchen team members to support timely, consistent food service.Support opening, closing, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as assigned.
