For more information about Martinrea and its global operations, please visit and responsibilities The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for the following duties: Identify and improve manufacturing and operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality, and support customer satisfaction. Execute corporate manufacturing standards, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Analyze and optimize manufacturing layouts, workflows, and production processes in accordance with lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity. Train and support manufacturing personnel in continuous improvement methodologies, corporate standards, and operational best practices. Support the implementation and safe launch of new manufacturing programs, processes, equipment, and tooling. Identify operational risks, quality concerns, and process inefficiencies and recommend corrective and preventative actions. Perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify quality trends, manufacturing issues, process variation, and opportunities for improvement.Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and production data to support quality assurance, manufacturing performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to address manufacturing, quality, and production concerns.Plan, coordinate, and participate in cross-functional teams focused on manufacturing efficiency, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, scrap reduction, safety, and delivery performance.
