Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and reliable *Barista with bartending experience *to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, smoothies and pastries and providing *exceptional customer service* in a *fast-paced* environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils - Follow food safety and handling procedures to ensure the quality and safety of products - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications: - Smart serve certified is a must - Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus - Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Joining our team as a Front of house staff offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop valuable skills, and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering an exceptional coffee experience.
