*Role Overview* We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, client-centered assessment and evidence-based intervention for paediatric populations. Enjoy complete schedule flexibility and clinical autonomy, backed by strong administrative support. *Key Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations. * Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals. * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes. * Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to optimize outcomes. *Qualifications & Requirements* * Master?s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent). * Active registration in good standing with the provincial governing body (e.g., CASLPO). * Valid Professional Liability Insurance (minimum $2M coverage). * Proven experience managing an independent caseload with minimal supervision. * Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills.
