Job OverviewWe need a focused *Tactical Security Guard* for a busy grocery and retail store Locations. You will keep customers, staff, and stock safe. You act as a strong visual deterrent against theft and deal with aggressive behavior using calm tactics.Key Responsibilities * *Store Patrol:* Walk the sales floor and exits to stop theft and spot safety risks. * *Risk Control:* De-escalate tense moments with upset people using smart communication. * *Access Control:* Watch entry points and loading docks during busy hours. * *Incident Reports:* Write clear notes about theft, damage, or accidents. * *Emergency Response:* Help staff and shoppers if a medical or safety crisis happens. Job Requirements * *Licensing:* Must hold a valid Security Guard License * *Experience:* 1+ years in retail loss prevention or high-visibility security work. * *Skills:* Strong physical presence, calm under pressure, and good people skills. * *Certification:* Standard First Aid and CPR-AED are an asset. * *Background:* Must pass a criminal record check as required by the Justice Private Investigators and Security Guards Program.
