*Job Overview* The Redford Motel is looking to hire a qualified AND reliable individual to join our housekeeping team for this fast-paced position. >>In order to be considered, please clearly and specifically describe how to qualify for this job<< *Duties* * Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards * Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed * Perform deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and dusting surfaces * Handle waste disposal and ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly * Be able to lift, pull and push a moderate weight * Be able to follow instructions and procedures * Comfortable taking directions and working under supervision * Flexible and adaptable to changing needs *Qualifications* * Previous Motel/Hotel cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train if necessary * Detail oriented and ability to recognize where and what to clean * Flexible with hours and schedule * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality We value professionalism, dedication, and a positive attitude in all team members.
