Description: Accounting clerk Responsibilities include: * Matching invoices * Data entry * Processing payments/ETFs * Creating monthly service invoices to clients * Entering contracts and applying invoices to contracts * Entering budgets for job cost tracking * Monitoring and reconciling holdback accounts * Processing accounts receivable/payable * Applying deposits against accounts receivable * Coordinating with vendors and clients to solve invoice issues in order to ensure monthly timely payment processing * Bank deposits and bank reconciliations * Credit card reconciliations * Processing payroll * Ensure proper payment controls are followed before payments are issued.
