Job Title: Bookkeeper Company Description: Well established Edmonton overhead door company servicing the residential and commercial market in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll tasks, conducting account and bank reconciliations, and assisting with budgeting. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software such as, QuickBooks, and other related tools. Responsibilities: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Perform account and Credit Card reconciliations to ensure accuracy - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner - Assist in budget preparation and monitoring - Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records - Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues - Collaborate with the finance team on various financial tasks - Support the team in financial reporting requirements Skills: - Proficiency in QuickBooks, and other accounting software - Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions - Strong knowledge of account reconciliation procedures - Ability to handle payroll tasks efficiently - Familiarity with budgeting processes - Excellent analytical skills for account analysis - Solid understanding of financial principles - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills If you are a dedicated Bookkeeper with a passion for maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the overall financial health of a company, we would love to have you on our team.
