We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team in *Winnipeg, MB.* *What You Will Do:* * Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site to ensure safety and security * Monitor site access control and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas * Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches * Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to site procedures * Maintain a high level of visibility and professionalism while on duty * Prepare clear and accurate incident and activity reports * Follow all site safety regulations and client-specific security policies *Pay Rate: $16-$17* *Shift Timings:Evening/Night* *Shift Timings:* * 2:00 PM ? 10:00 PM * 4:00 PM ? 9:00 PM * 3:30 PM ? 11:30 PM * 11:30 PM ? 7:30 AM *Requirements:* * *Have a valid Security License* * Have strong communication and reporting skills * Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Physical ability to stand or patrol for most of an 8-hour shift * Confidence in verbal interactions with team members, clients, public, and emergency responders. * Experience in security is an asset * Confidence in handling emergency situations involving trauma, aggression, intoxication, bodily fluids, etc. * Keen observation skills for detecting and reporting irregularities, such as security breaches and safety hazards * Basic technology skills, including report writing on a computer, tracking patrols on a smartphone, and two-way radio communication. *About Securisquad* At SecuriSquad Services, we are more than just a top security company in Canada.
