Medical Receptionist - Diagnostic Imaging Clinic (Greater Niagara Medical Imaging) including new MRI/CT clinic We are looking for an experienced, responsible and knowledgeable individual as a receptionist at our expanding medical imaging facility with CT and MRI. Expanded hours would include days, evenings and weekends. Location: St. Catharines, ON Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Scheduling appointments and preparing patients for their medical imaging procedure * Registering patients for their procedure * Answering phone calls and checking voicemails * Scanning and assigning paper work to the radiologists for dictation * Billing through PACS (selecting appropriate procedures according to the referring physician?s orders and make adjustments if necessary) * Effectively communicate with technologists, patients, referring physicians and radiologists * Organize and prioritize tasks at hand * Follow departmental protocol * Able to work independently and as a team * Able to cover sick and vacation time * Please send your CV and inquiries to Greater Niagara Medical Imaging.
