*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases. * Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. * Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. * Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support when necessary. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and merchandise displays. * Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are well presented and stocked. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. * Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve overall customer experience. *Qualifications* * *Must be 19+ years of age* * *Must have "Serving it Right" certificate* * Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. * Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. * Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus. * Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone. * *Ability to work flexible hours*, including evenings and weekends as needed.
