*Overview* We are seeking a motivated Roller Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty rollers to ensure smooth, durable pavement surfaces during road construction and paving projects. *Responsibilities* * Operate rollers and other compaction equipment to achieve proper density for asphalt * Follow rolling patterns and compaction requirements * Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality * Collaborate with team members to coordinate paving operations efficiently and safely * Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment usage, and safety checks * Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle *Qualifications* * Proven mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance * Construction experience with a focus on paving, and roadwork projects * Hands-on experience operating rollers, loaders, excavators, or similar machinery * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Pay: $30.00-$37.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Life insurance Work Location: In person Location Airdrie , AB Work location On site Salary $ 30.00 to $ 37.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Seasonal employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10235217167 Various locations Airdrie, AB
