The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for both employees and customers. *Responsibilities* * Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. * Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as needed during cleaning processes. * Utilize commercial cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness. * Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. * Communicate with facility management regarding any repairs or maintenance issues. * Follow safety protocols while using power tools and hand tools for cleaning tasks. * Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and professionally. *Experience* * Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) as part of the cleaning process. * Proficient in using various cleaning tools and equipment, including power tools when necessary. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
