Availability during daytime, early evenings, and weekends is preferred. * Flexible work hours (make your own schedule) * Competitive compensation * Opportunity to service all ages and communication areas * Collaboration among other CDA's & SLP colleagues on the team *Primary Responsibilities* * Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders with SLP supervision. * Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise * Provide client and family centered intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education * Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs * Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions * Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy. *The successful applicant will* * Be committed to providing excellent, emphatic care in line with our values * Possess a courteous, positive and professional attitude * Possess effective oral and written communication skills with ability to engages others * Strong time management skills and ability to organize daily activities and priorities * Ability to work independently, self-directed *Qualifications* * Graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders * Professional Liability Insurance * Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening * Vehicle for travel and a valid driver?s license and auto-insurance required We look forward to receiving you application and discussing this opportunity with you!
