We?re looking for a *full-time Café Baker* to join the Mill Town crew. This is less _pastry school_, more *keeping the café full of really good things*. You?ll be responsible for proofing, baking, finishing and keeping on top of what we need for the day ? plus jumping in with the café team when needed. *WHAT YOU?LL DO* * Proof and bake daily pastries and baked goods * Finish, glaze and package cinnamon buns and other items * Maintain daily par levels and prep for upcoming service * Keep the pastry case stocked, fresh and looking good * Rotate product and keep an eye on quality and waste * Follow recipes, baking times and food-safety standards * Keep your workspace clean, organized and ready to go * Help with prep, dishes, stocking and general café duties when needed * Be an all-around good teammate ? we?re a small crew and everyone pitches in *YOU?LL PROBABLY LIKE IT HERE IF YOU?RE?* Reliable, organized, comfortable with early mornings, good at working independently and the kind of person who notices something needs doing and just? does it.
