We offer a great wage and benefits. *Job Overview* As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate, reliable, and professional care within their homes. *Responsibilities* * Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support * Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed * Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols * Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing to ensure a safe and tidy environment * Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary * Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being * Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervising nurses or care coordinators *Experience* * Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred but not necessary *REQUIRED:* Resume, 3 work-related references, current Letter of Conduct with Vulnerable Sector check.
