This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all welding tasks meet industry standards and specifications. *Duties* * Perform MIG and FCAW welding on various materials including sheet metal and pipe. * Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete fabrication tasks. * Engage in rigging activities for heavy components during assembly processes. * Adhere to ASME codes & standards throughout all welding operations. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * MUST HAVE VALID CLASS 5 DRIVER'S LICENCE and Reliable Transportation. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in welding within a construction or manufacturing environment is preferred. * Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, and other relevant techniques. * Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. * Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. * Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing project requirements.
