We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Cabinetry Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating client visions into precise cabinetry designs. Your creativity and technical expertise will help bring beautiful, functional kitchens to life while ensuring seamless communication with clients and the production team. *Job Scope* * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and design goals for custom cabinetry projects * Develop detailed renderings of cabinetry layouts using CAD software * Assist with colour selections, countertop selections, and accessory selections * Incorporate construction experience into designs to ensure feasibility, durability, and compliance with building codes * Utilize Microsoft programs to prepare quotes and other various documents * Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding the design, purchase, and scheduling process *Experience and Skills* * Ability to understand design and creating functional spaces * Proven experience in cabinetry design and/or related drafting roles within the construction or renovation industry * Strong understanding of construction processes and materials used in cabinetry manufacturing * Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately * Experience with Cabinet Vision, 2020, or other CAD related software * Strong numeracy and organization skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Join us to shape inspiring kitchen spaces through innovative design and precise craftsmanship! MUST have a college degree or diploma in the field of design. Additional Compensation: Pioneer Cabinetry offers commissions on sales to our design team in addition to their base pay. These rates will be discussed during the hiring process.
