spa receptionist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a spa receptionist. Applicant must: * Be available to work 2 evenings possibly 1 day on the weekend * 30-35 approx. hours per week * have a vehicle or transportation to Manotick (there are no reliable buses) * Schedule Tuesday-Saturday every week Requirements and responsibilities are, but not limited to: * Maintain a high level of professionalism with guests. * Establish a positive rapport with guests face-to-face and over the phone. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * A drive to exceed at sales goals. * Work well under pressure, handling stress with ease while maintaining a spa atmosphere. * Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with company procedures, rules and regulations. * Maintain continuity within the team with excellent communication. * Greet guests with a welcoming and warm attitude in keeping with our company brand and reputation. * Assist guests upon arrival offering beverages and directing them appropriately. * Computer and Microsoft Word knowledge is required as well the ability to adapt to our company booking software system. * Professional business attire and self presentation suitable for the beauty industry is required. * Must be available to work some evenings, some holidays and weekends.
