The Sales Associate will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. * Warmly welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for all customers. * Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendation. on the range of products available. * Showcase the features and benefits of products that complement the sale. * Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall store sales by consistently providing outstanding customer experiences. * Skillfully close sales to build lasting customer relationships. * Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout. * Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. * Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution. * Please note that the responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive.
