About the job Lawyer ? location : Riverview/Moncton, New Brunswick. We are looking for full time associates. Pay will be dependent on experience, billable hours and other factors. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Articling period completed ; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Manage family law files, including divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements, settlements, separation agreements, parenting time, support and division of property; * Draft legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, agreements, and court materials; * Wills and estate work, real estate transactions, other areas of law you have an interest in; * Legal research * Court appearances, advising clients, managing files and scheduling * Already a member of the New Brunswick Bar in good standing ; * Have good judgment; * Must have a driver's licence. Qualifications * Member in good standing of the New Brunswick Law Society * Some court experience * Strong Research and writing skills * Strong communication skills * To have the ability to work independently * Commitment to client service and legal excellence The ability to communicate, practice and write in English is required Hiring soon Job Type: Full-time Salary is open to reasonable discussion.
