This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in facilities maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service. *Duties* * Clean windows, glass surfaces, and storefronts using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools to achieve streak-free results * MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE & TOOLS * Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or lifts safely before beginning cleaning tasks * Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment, including power tools and other cleaning supplies * Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-ups as needed to support overall building upkeep * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the cleaning results * Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes * Lift heavy equipment or supplies safely while adhering to proper safety protocols *Requirements* * Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, especially with window or glass surface cleaning * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment used in facilities maintenance * Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday * Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights using ladders or lifts * Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards client interactions Join us in creating sparkling clean environments that leave a lasting impression!
