Job Description Qualifications and Experience: University/College degree in Computer Science. Certification in Software Engineering or equivalent a definite asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in tracking problems and defects within a large project. Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Technical Capabilities: Experience in one of the leading cloud platforms such as AWS, OpenShift etc. Experience in maintaining complex Linux cloud environments, like CentOS, Ubuntu to support applications and services. Experience in scripting languages like Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, Node, etc. Experience in build tools like Git, Ansible, CloudFormation, ytt etc. for continuous integration Experience in application code containerization and container-based virtualization technology like Docker, K8S etc. Experience in container management and orchestration to automate application deployment, application scaling/clustering, monitoring and others Integration experience in building and using APIs or other integration endpoints Experience applying industry web, architectural and security standards and best practices.
