This key leadership role will oversee nursing personnel, daily operations, and quality standards to ensure safe, effective patient care. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor responsibilities include managing team recruitment and retention, coordinating schedules to maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios, and conducting performance evaluations. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor will lead clinical huddles, handle escalations, and serve as a critical liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and support services. Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor : Active LPN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards and mandated nurse-to-patient ratios. Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR-C certification. Leadership experience in nursing supervision or charge nurse roles preferred.
