Description This role drives lab engagement, restorative workflow adoption, strategic partnerships, scanner implementation, utilization, and customer adoption,, customer success outcomes, and measurable iTero and Invisalign business impact through partnership with Labs and Integration Specialists. Role expectations Lab Business Development, Programs & Partnerships Support and execute Canada?s lab engagement strategy, including partnerships, education, restorative workflow adoption, digital lab relationships, and market development initiatives. Manage lab-focused programs, pilots, objectives, success metrics, reporting, business reviews, and customer success measures. Serve as the primary liaison between lab customers and Align teams to support onboarding, implementation, adoption, feedback, and long-term success. Digital Workflow, Education & Market Development Provide expertise in iTero restorative workflows, lab software integration, digital dentistry solutions, troubleshooting, and escalation management. Partner with Product, Clinical Education, Technical Support, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deploy products, software updates, workflow enhancements, training, and customer resources. Lead lab education programs, customer events, trade shows, forums, market intelligence gathering, and recommendations on growth opportunities. Integration Specialist Strategy & Program Optimization Manage Support and deploy the national Integration Specialist strategy, execution model, onboarding, continuing education, effectiveness measures, playbooks, and scalable tools through partnership with Integration Specialists. Partner with Clinical Education to ensure consistent customer messaging, workflow training, and educational programming. Provide regular updates on product enhancements/updates. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Experience Partner with Regional Managers, Territory Managers, Clinical Education, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership to align priorities with customer experience and business goals. Identify opportunities to improve adoption, utilization, ROI, customer outcomes, and Integration Specialist effectiveness. Monitor KPIs, conduct business reviews, communicate insights, and resolve integration-related concerns through trend analysis, root-cause identification, and corrective action. Travel: Up to 25% overnight travel across Canada & US. What we're looking for Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; 6+ years in digital dentistry, restorative workflows, lab operations, dental technology, clinical education, commercial leadership, customer success, or program management. Strong knowledge of digital dental workflows, labs, restorative workflows, customer adoption strategies, and dental software integration. Experience leading complex programs, cross-functional initiatives, geographically dispersed teams, presentations, and facilitation. Ability to analyze data, translate insights into recommendations, manage competing priorities, and use PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM, and reporting platforms. Preferred: experience with iTero, exocad, CAD/CAM platforms, sales, consulting, clinical education, or customer success within dentistry.
