In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic massage services tailored to meet each patient?s unique needs. Your expertise will help promote healing, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through skilled touch and personalized care. *Duties* * Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and tension. * Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual needs and conditions. * Educate patients on self-care practices and post-treatment routines to support ongoing recovery. * Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes. * Collaborate with physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans. * Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients during each session. * Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and relevant certifications to continually enhance skills. *Shift:* Mondays thru Fridays Various shifts 7:30am - 1:30pm or 1:45pm - 8:00pm *Qualifications and Skills* Must be 2200 Hour certified in good standing. *Skills* * Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in patient assessment and understanding of physiology principles related to massage therapy. * Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques. * Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and occupational health considerations. * Previous experience in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable. * Ability to build rapport with diverse clients while maintaining professionalism. * Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on the latest therapeutic methods.
