Job Description Job Description Position Summary Prepare high-quality Thai dishes, support daily kitchen operations, and maintain consistent Thai Haven food standards. More than 1 year of cooking experience and wok handling experience are required. Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and plate Thai dishes according to recipes, portions, and presentation standards. Operate wok stations safely and confidently for high-heat stir-fry, noodles, rice, meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes. Prepare sauces, curry bases, marinades, soups, appetizers, and daily mise en place before service. Monitor quality, taste, temperature, timing, and consistency during prep and service. Keep the cooking station clean, organized, stocked, and safe throughout the shift. Coordinate with prep, plating, dishwasher, and service team members for smooth order flow. Qualifications and Requirements More than 1 year of restaurant or commercial kitchen cooking experience. Wok handling experience required; Thai or Asian cooking experience preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow food safety standards. Reliable, punctual, respectful, and willing to support opening/closing duties.
