We provide high quality customer service to ensure our customers receive the right advice, to find the right fit to ensure they can play the sports they love. *Responsibilities:* - Accurately process sales, exchanges & refund transactions with efficient operation of the point of sales system, credit card terminals and handling multiple forms of tender with accuracy - Provide excellent customer service - Positively engage with all customers in a respectful manner - Maintain a neat and organized checkout area - Answer telephone calls in a polite and respectful manner - Answer customer inquiries and assist them in finding product and / or being connected with a sales associate *Qualifications and Physical Requirements* - Bilingualism is a strong asset - Great customer service skills - Retail experience - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment - Strong verbal and communication skills - Excellent organizational skills - Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility - Able to stand for long periods of time - Full body motion (including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle, lift and move items) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.60 per hour Shift: * Day shift Work days: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Location Greater Sudbury , ON Work location On site Salary $ 17.60 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10222298343 Various locations Greater Sudbury, ON
