*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to support our legal team in family law, civil litigation, employment and immigration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in the field with a focus on family law. Compensation is commensurable with experience. *Exeperience * * Minimum two years as a legal asssitant/clerk in a law office OR a professional office setting *Responsibilities* * Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and memoranda * Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy and relevance * Support litigation efforts through established policiies for case preparation, document review, and filing procedures * Maintain organized records of case files, research materials, and correspondence *Skills* * Excellent personal skills to effectively communicate with staff and clients * Proficiency in legal writing and drafting of documents with attention to detail * Experience or familiarity with contracts and court processes * Ability to review documents thoroughly and efficiently * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Effective communication skills for collaborating within a team environment * Working knowledge of LEAP and Microsoft Office Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour Work Location: In person Location Sarnia , ON Work location On site Salary $ 18.00 to $ 35.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10234061803 Various locations Sarnia, ON
