We are currently looking for a *Building Cleaner* to join our growing cleaning team. This is a *subcontract position* working in residential apartment buildings. Job Responsibilities: * Cleaning residential apartment common areas * Mopping lobbies and hallways * Garbage removal * Vacuuming carpets * Cleaning laundry rooms * Ensuring buildings are maintained to a high standard * (For Team Lead) Supervising staff and ensuring tasks are completed properly Qualifications: * Previous cleaning experience preferred * Team lead or supervisory experience is an asset * Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible * Able to work independently * Must have valid documentation to work as a subcontractor If you are interested, please send your resume for consideration.
