Duties * Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case preparation * Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and correspondence with clarity and precision * Negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties to resolve civil disputes efficiently * Review case files, evidence, and relevant laws to develop strategic legal approaches * Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with confidence and professionalism * Maintain detailed case records, logs, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy * Stay updated on changes in civil law legislation and best practices to provide current advice Requirements * Proven experience as a Civil Lawyer or in a similar legal role with a focus on civil law cases * Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis or similar legal research platforms * Excellent writing skills for drafting clear, persuasive legal documents * Demonstrated negotiation abilities to advocate effectively for clients? interests * Solid understanding of civil law procedures, regulations, and court processes * Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic solutions * Bachelor?s degree in Law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution; valid license to practice law Join us to make a meaningful impact through your legal expertise!
