*About the Role* We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Powersports Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Honda Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Power Equipment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you have a passion for the powersports industry and enjoy helping customers find the right machine for their needs, we want to hear from you. *Key Responsibilities* · Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner · Provide knowledgeable guidance on Honda motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and power equipment · Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and accessories · Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with new models and features · Complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with Ontario regulations · Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers · Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising · Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to dealership growth *Qualifications* *· OMVIC Certification (required)* · Previous sales experience (powersports, automotive, or retail sales considered an asset) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, or outdoor power equipment is a strong asset · Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude · Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed We appreciate all responses, however, we will only be contacting those selected for an interview.
