*Finbar?s Irish Pub* is hiring a *Line Cook* for our restaurant in *Bedford, Nova Scotia*. Compensation and benefits * $18.50?$21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications * Tip-out program paid weekly; recent average is approximately $3.00 per hour, * Consistent full-time hours available year-round * Health, dental, and vision benefits after six months of eligible employment * Complimentary staff meals * Free on-site parking Responsibilities * Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards * Set up, stock, and maintain assigned kitchen stations * Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures * Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation * Assist with food preparation, inventory, receiving, and closing duties as needed * Work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Qualifications * Previous line-cook or professional-kitchen experience * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment * Knowledge of safe food-handling and sanitation practices * Reliable attendance, strong organization, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of a kitchen role * Availability for a consistent full-time schedule To apply, please submit your résumé and a short note describing your relevant kitchen experience.
