The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuously observing patients, monitoring their behavior and condition, and promptly reporting any concerns or changes to healthcare staff. This role requires excellent observation and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to patient needs and emergencies. *Job Responsibilities:* * Continuously monitor assigned patients to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being. * Observe and report any changes in patient behavior, condition, or unusual activity to healthcare staff. * Maintain a calm, professional, and compassionate presence when interacting with patients, visitors, and staff. * Respond promptly to patient needs, safety concerns, and emergency situations according to facility procedures. * Assist healthcare staff with maintaining a safe and secure patient environment. * Accurately document patient observations, incidents, and activities throughout the assigned shift. * Perform other patient monitoring and support duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in healthcare, or a related field is preferred. * Strong observation skills with excellent attention to details. * Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in stressful or challenging situations. * Good communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and healthcare staff. * Compassionate, dependable, and responsible with a strong commitment. * Ability to complete required background checks and facility-specific training. * This position offers an opportunity to support patient safety while gaining valuable experience in a healthcare environment _G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
