*Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates principles and techniques, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all skill levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall fitness experience for our members while promoting a healthy lifestyle. *Duties* * Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety. * Educate clients on Pilates principles, movements, and benefits to enhance their understanding and practice. * Provide personalized instruction to accommodate varying skill levels and physical abilities. * Foster a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages client participation and growth. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide feedback, and track progress. * Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times while maintaining high attendance rates. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, including equipment upkeep. * Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating clients and creating a positive atmosphere during classes. *Requirements* * Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited program is required. * Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (English/Mandarin) are preferred. * Proven time management skills to effectively handle class schedules and client interactions. * Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * A passion for fitness and wellness, with a commitment to educating others about the benefits of Pilates. * Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role is highly desirable.
