Key responsibilities include: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and reports for management, the Board, and external stakeholdersPerforming general accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset and inventory accountingSupporting consolidated financial reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of accounting standardsIdentifying reporting discrepancies, strengthening financial controls, and improving processes and efficiencies;Assisting with long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational projects;Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to Finance and Administration team members.
