*Overview* Our bakery is growing, We are seeking a passionate and hard working individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety practices. If you have a love for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, squares and cookies. * Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and quality. * Manage inventory by ordering supplies as needed and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. * Package finished products for display or sale while maintaining quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers when necessary and addressing their inquiries about baked goods. *Requirements* * Previous baking experience an asset but not required * Safe food handling certificate * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. * A passion for baking and creativity in food preparation.
